Special note:

This plot has a Mountain View in the front.

There should be one Meditation/Puja room.

Kitchen should be spacious.

Lawn is required.

Version 2:
- Main centre of the house (plot) should not be have any wall, it should be a little spacious.
- Bedroom to be towards south-west direction at the back of house.
Note: You can use the space under the stairs for an extended cupboard in the kitchen as well.

Version 3
Adding another variation of Version 1. Putting the stairs to the North-West side.

Version 4:
Requirement: Move Hall towards the east. Push the Puja room ahead reducing the lawn.
