    Dear Sir, I like your house plan very much. this gave a lot of hope people like us who think again about a house to be build in future for our family. I am also looking for 40x39 feet three story stilt house (ground floor is to be used for front shop outlet and parking for 2 sedan cars)first and second floor for residence (better if one area can be design as per rent apartment).
    Dimension: 40x39 sq feet two side road south facing road 15 mtr and east side road 12 ft
