Request for plan
 

The plans already published on the site are free for use. Any new plan request will be charged a nominal fee. Index page has the list of published plans. Please go through it before placing your request.


Note: Creating home plans started as my hobby, and now it is moved towards a chargeable service. I am a Software Engineer and not an Architect. My knowledge on designing is purely from self-learning and not from an academic background.

Scope:

• Format of the design is same as shown in the published plans.
• It is a 2D image. There is no elevation included in this.
• Vaastu is applied as much as possible.

Fee structure:

• Plan for 1 BHK = Rs.500/-
• Plan for 2 BHK = Rs.1000/-
• Plan for 3 BHK = Rs.2000/-
• Plan for rooms more than 3 = Rs.250/- extra per room.

Minor modifications after the plan is created = No charge for 1 modification request
If you want completely different design, then it will be treated as new request with new payment.

Note: You do not have to pay me. You will have to make payment to any non-profit organization like orphanage, old age home, education for kids, etc. and share the paid receipt with me.

Procedure:

• You will request for a plan based on the questions posted below and send it to the mentioned email ID.
• I will review your requirement and respond if this is feasible with a target date of starting the plan. The plan design start date will be based on the number of requests in the queue.
• You will confirm that the target start date is acceptable.
• I will email you indicating that the designing of your plan has started.
• Design time is estimated to be 1 week.
• I will email you the amount to be paid. (Refer Fee structure mentioned above)
• You will pay that amount to any non-profit organization like orphanage, old age home, education for kids, etc. that you trust and email a copy of that receipt to me. 
• When the plan is complete and if you have sent me the receipt, I will email the plan to you in PDF format.
• You can review the plan and request for minor modifications. No charge for this change.

 
Delivery and Shipping Policy:
Mode of delivery for the plan is online via email. The design will be in PDF format.


Privacy:

• Personal details that would be required to process your request is your name and email ID. These details will not be published anywhere.
  

Terms and Conditions:

• The design does not take care of any housing board rules as it maybe local to your environment.
• If there are some specific rules to take care of, then provide that information when you email the requirement.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your requirement is not violating any of the local home building rules and regulations.
• It is your responsibility to verify if the design meets all rules and regulations. You should get it rectified accordingly.
• After receiving the plan, if you wish to completely change the floor plan, like changing 1BHK to 2BHK, then you will have to pay afresh for the new plan for that house. It will not be accommodated within the earlier requirement.
• The owner of this service is not responsible whatsoever for any violation in the design that is pertaining to Government rules. It is the responsible of the requester to ensure all Government rules are followed.

If you agree to the payment and the terms, then mail me the details for the questions below along with your confirmation that you agree to pay the price to a non-profit organization.

Place order: 
You can request for a plan by emailing answers to the following questions:

1. Area in feet (I will include compound space around the house within the plot. So, please share the total area.)
2. Direction (Ex: North, South, East, West) : Which side of the area is facing the road?
3. Parking requirement? How many 2-wheelers / 4-wheelers? What size?
4. How many Bed rooms ?
5. How many independent houses? Duplex houses ?
6. For duplex house, you want the stairs to the terrace to be inside or outside the house?
7. Do you need an underground/overhead tank ?
8. What is present on each side of your plot (empty plot, house, road, etc.). This is to understand if you have to build a compound wall in your site or have your neighbors already built it in their area.

Optionally, you can let me know how many members will occupy this residence. And if any special attention needs to be taken care. Like if there are elders in the house, it is preferable to have a room in the ground floor as they cannot use the stairs.
