Requirements:

Area: 1500 sqft (30X50)
Direction: East 
Parking: Full Ground floor
Ground Floor - Parking
First Floor- Living area, Kitchen, Pooja Room, Dining (Utility area to wash cloths behind dining), 1 Bed room.
Second Floor- Two big rooms , one kids room , small living/gym

Note: Coverage on all sides of the plot
        East - Road
        West - Building
        North - Building
        South - Vacant Site






































Version 2:

Requirements:
- Need bigger Pooja room
- On 1st floor, need bigger living room
- On 2nd floor, 1 attached and 1 common bathroom will suffice.

    Hi Preethi,
    I really liked your plans for 30x50 east facing. However, I am looking for vaastu complaint floor plan for 30x50 west facing site. I request you to provide plans for the following:
    Area: 1500 sqft (30X50)
    Direction: west
    Parking: Full Ground floor
    Ground Floor - Parking + recreation/gym/servant room.

    Plan 1: I want to have two separate houses in first floor and second floor with stairs only from outside.
    Plan 2: I want to construct duplex house. However, I want stairs both outside as well as inside. I want stairs outside so that I can construct houses in 3 rd and 4th floor for rent purpose.

    I want plans that have maximum and smart utilization of spaces.

      HI Deepa,

      Thank you for contacting me. I am loaded with 20 requests in queue which will last till end of the year. As mentioned in 'Request for plan' link, I will be able to take the new requests only from Jan-2015.
