Looks great Preethi. Few observations:
ReplyDelete1. Can we design the Car parking area without the center pillars? I know you are not a structural engineer but just asking this question just in case you know someone who can suggest.
2. In second floor I would like to have just two bedrooms. The bedroom facing the road can be converted into a huge portico. What say? This bedroom may be shifted to 3rd floor.

Delete1. Regarding the pillar, I checked around and I hear that it is not advisable to remove that pillar at the center as the width is 30ft and depth is 20ft. And you are building upto 3 floors. At the most, you can put the side pillar (at the South) closer to the compound wall, but then the beam will be visible from outside.

This is the plan exactly what i was looking for. Need Little amendment with full 30X50 ft. Nice work and thanks for the design.
